Changing Word Documents to PDF Files

Everyone but me probably already knew this but I just discovered it the other day.

I found out I could take one of my documents in the 2007 MS Word and click on that last tab I never noticed titled "Acrobat" and then click "Create PDF" and make a Adobe PDF file.

Just letting all unobservant people like me...know it was available :-)

Answer to Changing Word Documents to PDF files

Thank you for submitting your comment.

I think you must have Acrobat as one of your programs in your computer because unless I’m mistaken there isn’t normally a tab on the top ribbon bar of your Microsoft Word that has Acrobat. If there is one then you know you can create an Adobe PDF file really easy on this tab.

On my form pages there is a link that leads to pdfonline.com where you can easily convert your pdf file into a MS Word document or Word doc into a pdf file. When you click on the link leading to the pdfonline.com:

  • Click on the tab “PDF2Word” on top left side of screen.
  • Click on “convert PDF to Word”.
  • Click “browse” and find your PDF file.
  • Click “upload and convert”.
  • You will then download your new Word file.

This is a free service that I use all the time when I need a PDF file converted to a Word document. I have the Acrobat program so it is very easy for me to convert a word file to PDF like you were stating in your comment.

I'm updating my pages to where the pdf online link will go straight to where you need to be. It will take me a while to do this though so please be patient.

Thanks!
