The Church Secretary is usually the contact between church members and staff, and many times they are responsible for the distribution of the information to the church and the community as a whole.
Many times the Church Secretary is responsible for greeting and directing the church visitors to the appropriate church staff members when necessary. Also, she/he might have to book appointments with the Pastor or other church officers and/or take messages from church members or visitors in need of counseling services or other specific needs.
