YC Name Tags and Youth Camp Schedules

The YC Name Tags and Schedules (2) below are a great way to make sure your youth camp is going to be the greatest it can be. These tags and schedules are available free to download, customize and print for your next youth camp, church event...

The YC (Youth Camp) labels to the right for the campers names can be downloaded below and can be easily edited to insert the:

  • Camper's Name
  • Youth Camp Name
  • Youth Camp Year

The Youth Camp Schedules (2) below can also be downloaded and easily edited to insert your camp's schedule.

The two different sheets below of Youth Camp Schedules are the:

  • Senior Schedule
  • Junior Schedule

The schedules are in PDF format but there are links to convert them to MS Word which is the format they were created in or you can purchase my Church Forms CD which has all the forms, certificates...on FreeChurchForms.com all in editable formats (Microsoft Office Word, Excel...).

Most youth camps purchase the plastic holders from oriental trading or an online source for their names and schedules where they can get the straps to hang around the camper's neck with the plastic tag holders attached. They then insert their name tag in the front of the plastic holder and their designated youth camp schedule in the back of the holder behind their name to where when they turn it around and the schedule is facing them to easily read.

The name being in the front of the camper at all times makes it very convenient for not only the volunteers at camp but for the other campers who want to know the other camper's name. This is so much easier than asking every time you see them! :)

The Youth Camp Volunteers will also wear these around their neck so the campers will know their name and the volunteers will also have the Junior and Senior's Youth Camp Schedule available at all times.

Organization is a key to a successful camp of any kind. When you have anywhere from 50 or more campers you will need these forms below to help you keep organized.

If everyone (Volunteers, Campers, Etc.) in the camp is working as a team to make the camp as fun as possible for the children and making sure that everything is organized in the most possible way then you will most likely have a successful youth camp.
