The Prayer Request form is important to have available for the children in your Childrens Ministry. It's hard to remember, but they have needs like the rest of us. What I have noticed many times is that when they fill out their request and we pray with them it gives them faith to believe in whatever they are needing at that time. It also lets them know that someone else cares. The Comments and Concerns form is a way for them to let the Childrens Ministry leaders know of any comments or concerns that they might have.
