Youth Worker Recommendation, Volunteer Schedule & Pledge of Commitment Forms Free For Childrens Ministry
The Youth Worker Recommendation form is what you fill out when a volunteer has applied to work with the youth. This form is filled out and turned into the Childrens Ministry for review. The Volunteer Schedule is a form for the Childrens Ministry volunteers to put their name, time and day that they can be available to help volunteer in classes, etc. The Pledge of Commitment is a form that the Childrens Ministry volunteer can fill out as to how often and in what areas of the ministry they will commit to.
