The records maintained by the Church Secretary has to be specified in your church policy and procedures or in your Church Secretary job description. Here are a few examples of records maintained by church secretaries:
- Member's address, phone, birthdays, etc.
- Weekly member contributions
- Weekly worship attendance
- Weekly bulletin (special services, weddings, funerals, etc.)
- New members, transfers
- Church key distribution
- Church facility use requests
The list can go on and on depending on your church administration.
