The Trust Fund Church Draft can be used when a donor, member or whomever the case may be gives a generous amount to a certain fund in your church or organization (i.e. building fund, youth camp fund, reconstruction fund, benevolence fund...). What is a Church Trust Fund? A Church Trust Fund is the endowment of the church. Through donations that people make to their own named Trust Funds or to the General Trust Funds, the donations combined are invested and managed for long term. These investments generate income that help support certain areas of the church.

Trust funds normally begin when a special generous donor from the church or from another church or another area gives an ample large amount of money to a church or organization for a special fund or cause in particular.
There is usually a minimum amount of money that has to be donated before a Trust Fund can be started within your church or organization, and then in some cases this gives an opportunity for other members or other people to donate to this fund also.
A Trust Fund is a gift that keeps on giving. If you have donors to donate to your Trust Fund this will help keep the work of your church going without stumbling blocks.
Your Church Trust Fund can be used for many different areas but will need to be specified in your church policy and procedures and in the Trust Fund.
The Church Trust Fund Draft below can be used as a sample to create one of your own, but you definitely need to have your church lawyer look over the agreement when it is finished to make sure all the agreement is correct and protects your church and donor.
