Youth Camp Videos Presentation Form
& "Welcome to Camp" Letter
The Youth Camp Videos Daily Presentation form are available below for free along with the "Welcome to Camp" Letter to download, modify and print for your youth camp, church administrative office, etc. to download 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at your convenience.
Videos can create some awesome memories of your experience at youth camp. You can re-experience the memories years and years later with friends and family.
The Youth Camp Daily Video Presentation Form is utilized during youth camp to give the campers a chance to order DVDs of youth camp (one hour video presentations of the camp). The campers would be able to take these home with them before they leave on last day of camp if they chose to.
The Daily Video Presentations form would be sent out with the Youth Camp Application and other forms and includes order information such as:
- Camper's Name
- Camper's Address & Phone
- Quantity
- Amount Paid
- Payment (If pre-payment was made)
- Where to mail form or who to turn it into.
Your youth camp can also hand these forms out to campers during youth camp for those who want to have a video before they leave camp so they can bring them home to watch with their friends and family. This is a great youth camp fundraiser in itself, and can help your youth camp pay for extra expenses that tuition did not cover. I know our youth camp tuition never covers all the expenses that the camp incurs.
The Welcome to Camp letter is great to have to prepare them for camp ahead of time. This gives them an idea also of the activities that will going on and reminds them to be preparing spiritually also.
You can modify this letter to fit your Youth Camp and include all the camp activities, concession money needed, church service times, and check in time and check out time.
This letter can be a marketing tool also to get other children to attend your youth camp so if this is the case be sure and send out this letter months ahead of time.
