The youth in the churches today need encouragement and spiritual guidance and also to have fun at the same time.
Our church has a great vision and burden for our youth and we have an awesome camp every year! This is a very important Ministry of the church.
There are lots of forms that are required for camp. There are six forms below such as the YC Camper's Registration (2), YC Volunteer Registration, YC Counselor, YC Waiver and Medical Release. There are also several pages leading to many more YC forms.

The YC Camper's Registration form is for the parents to fill out prior to camp for their children.There are two forms to choose from. The Camper's Registration #2 has a place for the form to be notarized after the parent's fill it out and sign it. Many camps require this before they will accept the registration form.
The YC Volunteer's Registration form is for the volunteer workers that attend the camp. These forms are just as important as the camper's registration form.
The YC Counselor Registration form is for the counselor to fill out prior to camp. Every camp needs a counselor available.
The YC Waiver and Medical Release form is for parents to fill out prior to camp to give their approval for their kids to attend camp and if in an emergency receive medical attention from a physician without them present if the case may be.
The YC Rules & Regulations are normally sent out prior to camp to the parents/children to educate them before they get to camp on all the rules they will have to abide by in order to stay at camp.
